At Vogla, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition in which you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at vogla@voglastore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

Damages or Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Final Sale Items – No Refunds or Exchanges

Items purchased at 50% OFF or marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
All discounted products in this category are considered final sale, and once the order is completed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
