Order and Shipping Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping: $10 – Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days

• Express Shipping: $45 – Estimated delivery within up to 3 business days

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times depend on the destination country. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Responsibility for Lost or Incorrect Deliveries

Please note that Vogla is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, nor for deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
